Meet theTrainers

ElizabethGreetings from Elizabeth!
Welcome to the MCCW-Worldwide, Inc. Fiat page. Fiat is MCCW’s leadership training and spiritual development program. This ministry is comprised of our online resources including the Book Club, Fiat Blog, and on-line Journey of Faith training. In-person, our ministry consists of Journey of Faith Training, Engage Your Strengths Training, and many other speaking engagements. For those I have not met, I am Elizabeth. I am an Army wife and have three children. In addition to being the Vice President for MCCW-Worldwide, Inc., I am the vice president for programs at my local MCCW chapel, and by profession I am an attorney. I have a passion for teaching, and writing. It is humbling and a great adventure for me to lead so many talented Journey of Faith team members, and I am pleased to introduce you to all of them!

We have nineteen ladies on our team who are excited and dedicated to training and equipping women to become better disciples, leaders and more active participants in the ministry of the Church. Much like the membership of any women’s ministry, we are a diverse team with a range of talents. We have professional careers ranging from a teacher, a graphic designer, a lawyer, several soldiers, and lots of mothers and grandmothers. There is a 50 year age difference between the oldest lady on our team and the youngest lady, and we enjoy a range of hobbies, from crafting to reading, working in social justice, blogging, and even surfing! Our diversity is a strength which will help us minister more effectively to every lady at every military chapel.
